Orders

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and white-porcelain.co.uk will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Contract Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please email customer services. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Refund & Returns.

Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Tableware

Due to the manufacturing process of tableware items there can be a tolerance of up to 5% from the sizes advertised in the description, this is rare but can differ between batches.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All prices displayed on this site are in GBP Sterling.
Full payment must be paid in advance of any item being shipped.

VN2 Points Rewards System

You can redeem your points for discounts on either of these websites also. Simply login to your account and you will see your current VN2 points total.

Your VN2 reward points can be redeemed at the basket stage of an order for the following discounts,

£1 spent = 10 VN2 reward points

0-2500 points = 0% Discount
2501-5000 points = 2.5% Discount
5001-10000 points = 5% Discount
10001-20000 points = 10% Discount
20001+ = 20% Discount

or choose to save your points for a greater discount on a future order.

The more you spend the greater the discount.

If you redeem your points they will be redeemed in full, you cannot part redeem VN2 points. If you return goods and receive a refund, the points earned on the refunded item will be deducted from your points total. VN2 points rewarded do not have any cash redemption value. VeryNice2.com Ltd reserve the right to cancel the points rewards system or change the rewards discount and structure at any time. All discounts rewarded will be applied to the item value only and not the shipping costs. You cannot redeem your reward discount in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Your VN2 points discount will apply to the first £1000 only of the order you are redeeming your points on.

Alcoholic Merchandise

We may sell products containing intoxicating liquor. For clarity, a drink containing alcohol is classified as intoxicating, if it contains more than 0.5% of alcohol by volume (0.5% abv).
Pursuant to the Licensing Act 1964 it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of £1000.

In accepting these Conditions you agree to provide White-porcelain.co.uk truthful and accurate information and act in accordance with the Licensing Act of 1964.

The Purchasing of Knives

Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to buy any knives from the White-porcelain.co.uk website, by accepting our Terms and Conditions in the checkout process you are accepting that you are over 18 years of age.

Price Matching

We may choose to advertise that we will price match on certain products, if we do we will only price match what we consider to be reputable companies and suitable proof must be shown before we match any price, the validity of the reputable companies and proof will be accepted at our discretion only and we reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products or special offer discounts from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product or special offer from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
