Returns

We understand that on occasion you may not want your product and would like to return it and get a refund. This couldn’t be simpler than with White-Porcelain.

Please ensure the parcel is securely wrapped for the return journey to our warehouse. Please print a returns form, the completed form, must include your client reference number, and be included with the returning package. 

If there is a problem with the product which you received from us and you would like assistance, please don’t hesitate to phone or email us one of our helpful customer service team will support you.

Refunds

If you want a refund on a returned product, the refund will be made to the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase. If you bought the item during a sale or when it was on offer, the amount you receive for the refund will be equal to the amount you paid for the product and not the current sale price.

Cancellation

If you’re having second thoughts about your order and want to cancel it, contact us as soon as possible. We may have already packaged your order and arrangements for delivery may already have been made. If your order is in transit you will have to take the delivery, and return it to us at your cost. Original postage costs will be refunded. 

Items not wanted

If you decide you do not like, or want the item you have ordered, no problem,simply inform us and return the item/s to us at your cost, within 7 days, the 7 day time frame starts the day after you received the goods. Please print a returns form by clicking here and include this with the returned package. In this case you will only be refunded for the product cost and shipping charge of the original order. You will be refunded within 30 days of cancelling the order.

Items damaged in transit

All items are thoroughly checked for faults and damages before packing. Please inform us within a resonable time so we can deal with your querie promtly.

If you find your items to be damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately for further assistance. To avoid unnecessary returns please email us a digital photograph of the damages, one of our customer service team will help you with this. Sending this email may avoid the item having to be collected. If an insurance claim is being made, all packaging must be retained for inspection.

Once the damage has been confirmed, we can send you a replacement item. If the damaged items must be returned, please print a returns form via this link and include it with the returning package.

If any items given free of charge are damaged in transit, we will not be able to replace them.

Faulty items

If you think the item you received is faulty, please contact us as soon as you can, within a resonable time frame. If the product needs to be returned please print, complete and include a returns form. 

Items sent in error

If you have received any item(s) you didn't order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange collection. Please print, complete and include a returns form which can be found by clicking on the link at the top of this page.

In all return cases and in-line with the distance selling regulations, please make sure you take resonable care and sufficient packaging is used when returning items.
