Q1. Is it safe to enter my card details when ordering from White-Porcelain.co.uk?
A. Yes. Our site is approved by Protx and any sensitive data is encrypted so that nobody can read it.


Q2. Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
A.
 Yes. Please add your items to your basket as normal; from there you can select your delivery country and the delivery costs will be shown automatically.


Q3. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. £3.50 for a UK mainland delivery regardless of how big the order is


Q4. Where’s my order?
A. You can track your order by following the steps outlined on your despatch e-mail and on our delivery information page. 


Q5. When will you debit my account?
A. Your account will debited at the time of dispatch.


Q6. How do I cancel my order?
A. Contact us immediately on 0844 770 5394. If the order has already left our warehouse you will have to return the items to us at your cost.


Q7. What if I’m not in when you deliver?
A. Our carrier will leave a card to let you know they called. You can then  re-arrange delivery directly with them.


Q8. I still haven’t received my order despite receiving a despatch email.
